IT support for a fixed monthly fee
Pick a plan with a set number of service hours per month. The more hours, the lower the hourly rate — and you always have one point of contact who knows your setup.
All amounts exclude VAT. One-off, incidental work: € 85 per hour.
What’s included
- Support remotely and on-site in the region
- Light management and maintenance: updates, accounts, workplace
- Advice by email and phone
- Priority response over one-off requests
Good to know
- Cancel monthly, one month’s notice
- Unused hours roll over one month, then expire
- Extra hours at the standard hourly rate (€ 85)
- Projects and larger work are quoted separately
