Privacy statement

1. Who is responsible?

Bureau Mos IT (sole proprietorship), established in Boskoop, Dutch CoC 42209269, is the controller for the processing of personal data via this website. Contact: info@bureaumos.nl.

2. Which data do we process?

We only process the data you provide yourself:

Contact form — name, company name, email address and your message.

We do not process special categories of personal data and use no tracking or advertising cookies.

3. Why and on what basis?

We use your data solely to contact you, answer your question and, where desired, make a proposal or quote. The basis is your consent and/or the performance of (the run-up to) an agreement at your request.

4. Processors and transfer

This is a static website, hosted with Strato (Germany, EU). When you submit the contact form, your submission is processed by a small script on our own server (verzend.php) and delivered to us by email; this processing takes place within the EU. We do not use an external form service. Fonts are loaded via Google Fonts. We never sell your data to third parties.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We keep your data no longer than necessary: enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are in principle deleted within 12 months. Data relating to an assignment is kept in line with statutory (tax) retention periods.

6. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful use.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to or withdraw your consent for the processing. To do so, email info@bureaumos.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

We may update this privacy statement. The most current version is always on this page.
