What’s in a service plan?
With a service plan you have a fixed number of hours per month for management, support and small improvements: monitoring, updates, back-up checks, workplace and user questions, and advice where needed.
You get one fixed point of contact, no anonymous helpdesk, and a predictable monthly fee. Unused hours roll over one month, and larger jobs are handled separately or via consultancy.
